From the website, you will want to click the link "View PetCam":

Here is where you will enter the username : guest and the password: viewer.

After logging in you will see this screen:

Click where on the link "Please Click here to download and install the plug-in"

That will take you to the Google extension store, which should look like this:

Click "Add app".  After clicking on add app you will see the following file download:

Click on "Amcrest Web View", which will open up this window:

In the address bar type:

http://40.138.0.197:8080

then click the blue Go button.

After clicking the Go button, you will see the following screen:

You are now connected and able to watch the webcam!
